4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered ah8 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be processed.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ah8 is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. ah8 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into a player account. Suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.1 All bets placed on ah8 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game or event, which are displayed within the game interface or sports betting section.

9.2 ah8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.3 ah8 does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
10.1 ah8 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) a request by the player for self-exclusion; (d) a court order or regulatory direction; or (e) any other reason at ah8's reasonable discretion.
10.2 Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of a Terms violation), any verified balance remaining in the account after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.
10.3 Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting ah8 customer support. Self-closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.
